The threads are introduced very subtle and almost imperceptible acupuncture needles to a depth mesh dermis. Patients safely tolerate manipulation even without anesthesia.

The threads are very strong and after 60 – 80 days save up to 50% of the strength properties. After 180 -240 days they are completely absorbed.

Tissue reaction to thread PDO is insignificant and is soft new collagen. High rate of biodegradation of threads – an important condition for ensuring a soft new collagen without compromising microcirculation and vascularisation of tissue in the area of

installation (without the formation of dense fibrosis, as in the case of large-diameter fibers and threads with a long period of biodegradable fibers (over a year).

Newly formed collagen continues to bear the “skeleton” function for 18-24 months. The procedure can be repeated as needed.

Indications for use :

  • Skin folds and wrinkles on the face.
  • Lower the outer edges of the eyebrows.
  • Folds of skin on the chin, neck, chest.
  • Gravitational ptosis skin on the buttocks, abdomen, arms and legs.
Contraindications for use:
  • various acute infectious diseases (SARS, influenza, etc.);
  •  inflammation of the skin in the future introduction of threads;
  •  cancer;
  •  certain blood disorders (eg, blood clotting).

Before the procedure:

1. Stop taking aspirin and vitamin E for 10 days prior to the procedure, medications  like ibuprofen for 7 days before the procedure, alcohol for 3 days.

2. Analgesics are assigned as needed. (EMLA or lidocaine 2% locally).

After the procedure:

1. Apply the ice for 15 minutes.
2. Avoid alcohol, aspirin, vitamin E.
3. Massage in the injection zone filaments contraindicated 1 month.
4. If bruising use cream Нirudoid, Arnica, Heparin.
